Drawing in the Garden

In this workshop, organised in partnership with Ar.Co – Centre for Art & Visual Communication, participants will explore the garden and the architectural elements, both indoors and outdoors, of the Albuquerque Foundation. Using materials such as graphite and watercolour, and different observational drawing techniques – line, shading, and colour – they will contemplate not only the spaces themselves, but also the relationships between them.

The proposed exercises aim to stimulate attention to aspects of colour, texture, and form, “interpreting” the gardens and buildings through the practice of drawing.
