Albú Restaurant invites children (and their families) to discover the joy of making pão de queijo (cheese bread) – and pão de beijo, its plant-based alternative—in a fun, hands-on workshop. In a relaxed setting, participants will mix, shape, and bake these recipes, exploring textures, aromas, and forms while building autonomy and confidence in the kitchen.

Designed for children and families, this activity celebrates the kitchen as a place of sharing, curiosity, and togetherness. Guided by the Albú team, participants will experiment with different ingredients and techniques and take home their freshly made creations.
