The concept-store complements the Albuquerque Foundation institutional mission to show historical and contemporary ceramic production by offering a space to showcase current Portuguese production in this field. Aside from the sale of works, the store is a space for divulging and promoting creators, telling their stories and allowing for in-depth knowledge of their work. A flexible, inviting space that includes a bookshop, the store is aligned with the founding purpose of the Albuquerque Foundation to promote contact, knowledge of, and research in, the field of ceramics.
