The Albuquerque Foundation is a private institution based in Sintra, dedicated to the preservation, research, and dissemination of historical and contemporary ceramic production. Its core mission is to conserve and exhibit the Albuquerque Collection of Chinese porcelain, while promoting artistic creation and knowledge in the broader field of ceramics.

In fulfilling its mission, the Foundation develops activities in the areas of curatorship, research, education, publishing, and cultural management, bringing together a specialized team committed to high standards of quality and rigor.
