What we offer

Visitors to the Foundation can enjoy a pause at Albú, where the experience extends to the table in a warm and informal setting.

The space presents a contemporary restaurant and café concept, with in-house production of baked goods, aligned with a farm-to-table approach that prioritises organic producers, as well as local butchers and fishmongers.

Open during the same hours as the foundation, Albú welcomes visitors from breakfast onwards, offering a daily dish selection and providing a comfortable retreat throughout the afternoon.

The drinks menu is the result of a carefully curated selection and stands out for its range of house-roasted coffees, homemade infusions, natural wines, beers and artisanal juices — always a good reason to raise a glass.

Opening hours

Tuesday to Sunday from 10 am to 6 pm.
Closed on Mondays.
