Animated design workshop for kids, with Millad Khonsorkh

Children are invited to take part in a hands-on creative workshop exploring the magic of stop-motion animation. The day begins with a visit to the Connections exhibition, where participants will explore and gather inspiration from the artworks on display.

Back in the workshop space, each child will imagine, design, and create their own characters and small worlds, experimenting with shape, colour, and movement. Using simple stop-motion techniques, they will bring their creations to life frame by frame.

The workshop encourages imagination, playfulness, and creative confidence, allowing each child to explore their own ideas while discovering the joy of animation. Participants will leave with a short animation of their own making and the basic skills to continue their animation journey at home.
