About Marta Horta
Marta Horta is passionate about people and their stories, and she believes, above all, in the potential of the Human Being. Her academic background is in Social Work, a field in which she worked for over 20 years.
Over the past 10 years, she has been dedicated to human development, facilitating personal and social skills training programmes at SAPANA, impacting hundreds of people from diverse backgrounds.
She has trained in various therapeutic approaches, including Humanistic Coaching, Meditation and Mindfulness, and she is also a certified instructor in Therapeutic Qi Gong.
Marta went through an intense process of self-discovery while facing breast cancer, which further deepened her personal and professional transformation.
Currently, she works as a coach, trainer, facilitator of circles and meditation sessions, and teacher of Therapeutic Qi Gong.
