*The class will last around 60 minutes. We’ve set aside time for arrival and check-in between 10:00 and 10:15, with the class scheduled to begin at 10:15.

About Marta Horta
Marta Horta holds a degree in Social Work, a field in which she worked for over 20 years. Over the past 10 years, she has focused on human development, facilitating personal and social skills training programs at SAPANA, impacting hundreds of people from diverse backgrounds.
She is trained in various therapeutic approaches, including Humanistic Coaching, Meditation, and Mindfulness, and is also a Certified Instructor of Therapeutic Qi Gong.
Currently, she works as a coach, trainer, facilitator of meditation and sharing circles, and as a Therapeutic Qi Gong teacher.
