A somatic and meditative Chinese practice uniting movement and breath, guided by Marta Hora

Qi Gong is a gentle somatic and meditative practice that harmonises movement, breath, and intention, cultivating balance, vitality, and inner calm.

These sessions are inspired by the theory of the Five Elements (Wu Xing), a fundamental model of Traditional Chinese Medicine that describes how life energy organises and transforms through different qualities of movement and change.
Each element is associated with a season, an organ, a colour, and an emotion, offering a framework to explore the relationship between body, mind, and environment.

Each workshop will focus on one element and will include:
Qi Gong practice, guided meditation, and a moment of sharing and embodied dynamics related to the element of the session.
