Yoga class in the heart of the Connections exhibition

A yoga class in the heart of the Connections exhibition, dedicated to Chinese ceramics. Guided by Catarina Lima, this practice follows the Precision and Flow method developed by the Manu School of Yoga.

Through dynamic and creative sequences, Catarina’s classes invite participants to deepen strategically developed themes, enabling each student to learn, progress, and integrate the teachings into daily life.

An invitation to a unique experience: to breathe, move, and feel the body in dialogue with the works on display.

We offer a creative activity for children (ages 4–12) to enjoy while you attend the yoga class – at no extra cost. Let us know if you’ll be bringing your kids, and we’ll make sure they’re happily engaged while you practice.

Schedule
13.09, 09:00–10:15

20€ (class + museum entrance)

About Catarina Lima

Catarina Lima discovered in yoga a path of profound transformation. She has practised since 2012, and in 2016 embarked on a spiritual and emotional journey that led her to devote herself fully to the practice.

In 2021 she completed her first 200-hour training with the Manu School of Yoga and founded Namho, House of Yoga. Today she is a certified Precision and Flow teacher, continuing to deepen her studies and to teach from a non-dualistic perspective rooted in the Tantric philosophy of Kashmir Shaivism.
